Expanded graphite braided packing is made from expanded pure graphite yarn, braided into packing through all kinds of technology of braiding. It can be divided into expanded graphite braided packing with inconel or steel wire inserted, expanded graphite braided packing with fiberglass, expanded graphite braided packing impregnated with cotton fiber. The product are almost suitable to all media, such as hot water, steam, acids, alkalis, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, low temperature liquids, etc. The sealing capability is more better and safety. It is the most effective composite parts for solving problems.

PGP 3200   Braided PTFE Graphite Packing.

PGP 3200
This kind of product is made by combining PTFE with graphite. Because in this kind of composite material, both PTFE and graphite have good self-lubrication property, so the products have very low friction factor and good self-lubrication property too. Thus, axles of machinery will not be scratched and the cost for changing axle sleeves will be decreased to a great extent. Owing to good heat conductivity of graphite, working temperature of packing can be increased, hence the working life will be longer. Furthermore, they almost suit to all of chemical media.
??These packing are widely applied to sealing at operating places where contamination is not permitted, for example, for sealing of pumps, valves, flanges in equipment of foodstuff, pharmaceutical, wine-making, petroleum, chemical, power, paper making, printing and dyeing industries.

This packing made of high-quality carbon fiber, impregnated with PTFE dispersion. Because carbon fiber has quite high strength and good heat conductivity and PTFE makes the packing have very good self-lubrication property, thus the product possesses properties of fine anti-chemical corrosion, self-lubrication and heat conductivity, then it will not damage pump shafts and has long working life. It's suitable for almost all corrosive media, organic solvents and mainly used for centrifugal pumps, plunger pumps, mixers and valves.

his kind of packing is made from braiding of aromatic polyamide yarn (Kevlar), which is first dipped with PTFE emulsion then treated with lubricant and inhibitor of corrosion, finally braided to form square cross-section. Because Kevlar yarn has excellent properties with very high strength and module (It is called artificial steel wire.). So compared with other kinds of braided packing, it can resist more severe media and higher pressure. It can be installed separately from other kinds of packing as well as combined with others to from packing sets of different characteristics to be used as end rings.
This kind of packing is mainly used as substitute of asbestos in pump system. Not only is protects environment but also its property is better than asbestos. Even if under very bad conditions where ordinary asbestos packing can't provide satisfied service effect, this kind of packing can do. In addition, its working life is very long, sealing effect more better and it is often used at bad conditions, such as: water pumps at mortar site, tin mine, pulp factory and power plant.

It is high-quality braided packing made of PTFE yarns fiber with incorporated graphite and the reinforced corner yarns of Kevlar fiber. PGP 8100

The packing is made of white asbestos fiber cords impregnated with PTFE dispersion. It is soft in texture and suitable as the sealing of pumps for liquidated chemicals. However, packing impregnated with lubricants is recommended for use with reciprocating pumps or for the sealing in places where linear velocity is up to 10 m/s.

Reinforced graphite gasket

The products are punched or cut from reinforced expanded graphite sheet. Depend on its excellent corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good compression resilient and high intensity. All kinds of circular, complicated geometric gasket are widely used on pipe, valve, pump, pressure vessel, thermal exchanger, condenser, engine, air compressor, exhaust tube, refrigerating machine, etc

Corrugated gasket

Corrugated gasket is made of machined flat metallic plate with waved or corrugated surface in 90 degree angle. The corrugated gasket with inner and outer rings or composite gasket attached with flexible graphite or Teflon sheet are available depending on the working location and requirement. Applicable to high pressure and high temperature location

Spiral wound gasket

Spiral wound gasket is formed of metallic stripe and soft nonmetallic packing by means of piled, spiral wound gasket and connected its end and beginning by dot welded. Depend on its excellent compression resilient, it is suitable for sealing spots where the alteration of temperature and pressure are frequent. It can be used as the static sealing element of valve, pump, thermal exchange, condensing tower, plain hole and man hole of flange, etc. It has been widely applied in the fields of petrochemical, mechanical manufactory, power station, metallurgy, ship-building, medical and pharmaceutical, nuclear power station and navigation, etc.

Expanded PTFE Joint Sealant (self-adhesive) tape

Pure expanded PTFE joint sealant tape with adhesive back is an unique cord form gasket for use as a jointing on all types of flanges and can be used with almost all fluids for its excellent corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, convenient in using, soft and stretched structure, it is an ideal sealing material for enamel, glass, rough and special shaped sealing surface.

Expanded graphite stuffed ring 

This stuffed ring is shaped through compression of expanded graphite paper wound up in the mold. It has a performance comparable to other sealing materials. It can be used separately or together with other packing as static sealing in places where there is high temperature and pressure, and many other media (except strong oxidizing acids) prevail.
